Personalized medicine and medical services will be significantly enhanced by AI. However, how AI products can be effectively implemented in clinics is still an area of debate. It is necessary for an integrated solution that facilitates the effective application of AI in medicine to include industry, academia, research, and applications, as well as multi-modality cooperation models such as radiology, ultrasound, pathology, genetics, etc. R&D can support the product development process through the publication of high-quality academic papers, the application for patents, and the acquisition of academic/government projects. This will involve the planning of the product, the protection of the product, marketing, certification, promotion, and implementation. Cross-departmental, cross-domain, cross-hospital multicenter collaboration can support the clinical application of AI products and their continuous optimization iteration.
