Transcript Information
Transcripts of academic records can be obtained from the Graduate Institute Office.
Students who take their oral examination before October in the first semester are required to prepare an official (original) transcript on their own.
Students who take their oral examination before April in the second semester are required to prepare an official (original) transcript on their own.
Before oral defense
- Master’s and Doctoral Thesis Oral Examination Invitation (in English) (to be prepared by the student)
- Oral Committee Name List (MS) (Please submit to the Graduate Institute Office one week before the oral examination.)
- Oral Committee Name List (PhD) (Please submit to the Graduate Institute Office one week before the oral examination.)
During the oral defense
- Minutes and Record (all committee members sign the same form)
- Grade Sheet (one form per committee member)
- Acceptance Certificate (MS) (all committee members sign the same page)
- Acceptance Certificate (PhD) (all committee members sign the same page)
- Approval Form for Delaying Public Access to Theses (to be printed and used according to individual thesis requirements)
