Hello Students,
To facilitate the selection of the Distinguished Academic Advisors for the 2025–2026 academic year (AY 114), the University would like to conduct a survey from student feedback.
We sincerely invite you to recommend 1 to 3 advisors from your department /program who genuinely care for and diligently guide students (not limited to your own advisor). Examples include advisors who proactively show concern for students, hold meetings or gatherings with them, or have other concrete examples of mentoring achievements. Please share your observations and reasons for the recommendation based on your actual experience.
- This survey is anonymous. Feel free to respond truthfully.
- Note: This survey is not related to the “Outstanding Instructor Award.”

- Eligibility of Candidates: The list of Distinguished Academic Advisor candidates in this survey complies with the National Taiwan University Regulations on the Selection and Awarding of Distinguished Academic Advisors, which stipulate those candidates must be current full-time or project-based faculty members who have served as academic advisors for at least four years and have not previously been selected as Distinguished Academic Advisors.

Students who submit the survey will be entered into a prize draw automatically. Prizes include: iPad Air, Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Earbuds (AirPods Pro 3), Nintendo Switch 2, and various NTU practical lifestyle items (60 sets)
- Each student may submit only one response. Duplicate nominations for the same advisor will result in disqualification from the prize draw.
- In the event that AirPods Pro 3 or Nintendo Switch 2 is not yet released or unavailable on the market, the organizer reserves the right to substitute with another available model of the same brand. The actual prize shall be subject to what is provided by the organizer.
- The prize draw will be held before December 2025, and results will be announced on the NTU Student Assistance Division website.
- The organizer has the right to modify or cancel the activity at any time. Any updates will be announced on the website of the Student Assistance Division without prior notice.
