[1]\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u7121\u96fb\u6c60\u7684\u55ae\u6676\u7247\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e92\u88dc\u578b\u5834\u6548\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4( CMOS SoC ) \u4f86\u5be6\u65bd\u4f4e\u96fb\u58d3PRF\u523a\u6fc0\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u89c0\u5bdf\u767d\u8001\u9f20\u63a5\u53d7PRF\u523a\u6fc0\u5f8c\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u4ee5\u8b49\u660e\u5176\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5728\u8170\u795e\u7d93\u7bc0\uff08Dorsal root ganglion , DRG\uff09\u4e0a\u65bd\u52a0\u5c40\u90e8\u523a\u6fc0\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5730\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u75bc\u75db\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u71b1\u640d\u50b7\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u70ba\u4f7f\u7528PRF\u6280\u8853\u8655\u7406\u75bc\u75db\u554f\u984c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u601d\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a762017\u5e74\u767c\u8868\u5728Neurourology and Urodynamics [2]\uff0c\u95dc\u6ce8\u4e86PRF\u5c0d\u8180\u80f1\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u8180\u80f1\u904e\u5ea6\u6d3b\u52d5\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u96e3\u4ee5\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u800c\u5728\u6b64\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u85c9\u7531\u89c0\u5bdf\u5728\u767d\u8001\u9f20\u7684\u60e1\u9aa8\u795e\u7d93\u548c\u9aa8\u76c6\u795e\u7d93\u4e0a\u65bd\u52a0PRF\u96fb\u523a\u6fc0\u767c\u73fe\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u6539\u5584\u8180\u80f1\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u795e\u7d93\u9020\u6210\u660e\u986f\u7684\u640d\u50b7!<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u63a2\u8a0e\u4e86\u5728\u5275\u50b7\u6027\u8166\u640d\u50b7( Traumatic brain injury, TBI )\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u6df1\u8166\u523a\u6fc0( Deep brain stimulation, DBS )\u6cbb\u7642\u8180\u80f1\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u5206\u5225\u767c\u8868\u57282018\u5e74\u7684Journal of Medical and Biological Engineering\u4ee5\u53ca2019\u5e74\u7684Neuromodulation: Technology at the Neural Interface [3, 4]\u3002TBI\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u8166\u7d44\u7e54\u640d\u50b7\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5f15\u767c\u8180\u80f1\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6a19\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u96e3\u4ee5\u7de9\u89e3\u7665\u72c0\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5617\u8a66\u4e86DBS\u6280\u8853\u3002\u6797\u6559\u6388\u7684\u5718\u968a\u958b\u767c\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u9589\u74b0\u63a7\u5236\u7684DBS\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4e26\u5728TBI\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e86\u5176\u6548\u679c\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0cDBS\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u6539\u5584\u6392\u5c3f\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4f46\u6703\u4f34\u96a8\u904b\u52d5\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u60e1\u5316\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6210\u679c\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u958b\u767c\u690d\u5165\u5f0f\u8180\u80f1\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cPRF\u6280\u8853\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u61c9\u7528\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u75bc\u75db\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u8180\u80f1\u529f\u80fd\u6062\u5fa9\u4ee5\u53ca\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u70ba\u5229\u7528PRF\u6280\u8853\u4f86\u6539\u5584\u60a3\u8005\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8cea\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img (PRF) is widely used in the medical field for various applications, including pain management and the treatment of neurological disorders. PRF is an electrical stimulation technique that can effectively control or alleviate pain, but its applications go beyond that. Below, we will introduce several studies conducted by Professor Chii-Wann Lin, which demonstrate the applications and potential of PRF in different areas.<\/p>\n<p>The first study, published in ISSCC in 2010, utilized a batteryless CMOS SoC to implement low-voltage PRF stimulation. The objective of this study was to observe the behavior of rats after receiving PRF stimulation to demonstrate its effectiveness. By applying local stimulation to the Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG), pain control was successfully achieved without causing thermal damage. The results of this study provide new insights into using PRF technology to address pain-related issues.<\/p>\n<p>Another study, published in Neurourology and Urodynamics in 2017, focused on the impact of PRF on bladder function. Overactive bladder is a common condition that is often challenging to treat. However, in this study, it was observed that PRF electrical stimulation applied to the pudendal and pelvic nerves in rats significantly improved bladder function without causing significant nerve damage!<\/p>\n<p>The last study explored the possibility of using Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) to treat bladder dysfunction in patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). These studies were published in the Journal of Medical and Biological Engineering in 2018 and Neuromodulation: Technology at the Neural Interface in 2019, respectively. TBI typically results in permanent brain tissue damage, leading to bladder problems. Standard treatment methods often do not relieve symptoms, prompting researchers to investigate DBS technology. Professor Lin&#8217;s team developed a closed-loop control DBS system and tested its effectiveness in a TBI animal model. The results showed that DBS significantly improved urinary function but was accompanied by a deterioration in motor function. The findings from this study provide a foundation for the future development of implantable bladder controllers.<\/p>\n<p>In summary, PRF technology has demonstrated extensive potential applications in various fields, including pain management, bladder function restoration, and the treatment of neurological disorders.
