{"id":2320,"date":"2023-01-12T14:30:58","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T06:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bebi.ntu.edu.tw\/?p=2320"},"modified":"2023-01-12T14:33:28","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T06:33:28","slug":"%e7%94%9f%e9%86%ab%e9%9b%bb%e8%b3%87%e6%89%80%e6%95%99%e5%b8%ab%e7%a0%94%e7%a9%b6%e4%ba%ae%e9%bb%9e-112%e5%b9%b41%e6%9c%88%e4%bb%bd%e3%80%8c%e5%ad%ab%e5%95%9f%e5%85%89%e6%95%99%e6%8e%88%e3%80%8d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bebi.ntu.edu.tw\/?p=2320","title":{"rendered":"\u751f\u91ab\u96fb\u8cc7\u6240\u6559\u5e2b\u7814\u7a76\u4eae\u9ede-112\u5e741\u6708\u4efd\u300c\u5b6b\u555f\u5149\u6559\u6388\u300d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u984c\uff1a\u500d\u983b\u986f\u793a\u8853\u5728\u751f\u91ab\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e0a\u4e4b\u61c9\u7528<br \/>\n\u64b0\u5beb\uff1a\u5b78\u751f\u9673\u51a0\u5f6c<\/p>\n<p>\u500d\u983b\u986f\u793a\u6280\u8853(Harmonic generation microscopy, HGM)\u70ba\u672c\u6240\u5b6b\u555f\u5149\u8001\u5e2b\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6240\u958b\u767c\u7684\u5c08\u5229\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u76ae\u819a\u5438\u6536\u6700\u5c11\u4e14\u6563\u5c04\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u6e90\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u76ae\u819a\u50b7\u5bb3\u6700\u5c0f\u3001\u7a7f\u900f\u5ea6\u9ad8\u4ee5\u53ca\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u6210\u50cf\u6548\u679c\u3002\u900f\u904e\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4eba\u985e\u5728\u76ae\u819a\u75c5\u8b8a\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u53ca\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u70ba\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u5b6b\u8001\u5e2b\u7684\u5718\u968a\u4e5f\u9577\u671f\u8207\u53f0\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u5408\u4f5c\u9032\u884c\u5404\u9805\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4ecb\u7d39\u5b6b\u8001\u5e2b\u5728\u4eca\u5e7411\u6708\u767c\u8868\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u76ae\u819a\u75c5\u53ca\u6027\u75c5\u7406\u5b78\u7684\u671f\u520a(Journal of the european academy of dermatology and venereology ,JEADV) [1]\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9ed1\u6591\u662f\u5e74\u9577\u8005\u5bb9\u6613\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u76ae\u819a\u75c5\u8b8a\uff0c\u53c8\u4fd7\u7a31\u8001\u4eba\u6591\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u5e74\u9f61\u7684\u589e\u9577\u4eba\u9ad4\u7684\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u6703\u958b\u59cb\u4e0b\u6ed1\uff0c\u7576\u9ad4\u5167\u6c27\u5316\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u5728\u7121\u6cd5\u4ee3\u8b1d\u6389\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u5c31\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u76ae\u4e0b\u7d44\u7e54\u6c89\u7a4d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u6591\u9ede\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u91ab\u5b78\u4e0a\u5229\u7528\u96f7\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u4f86\u79fb\u9664\u8001\u4eba\u6591\u662f\u76f8\u7576\u5e38\u898f\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u91ab\u7642\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u800c\u6700\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5169\u7a2e\u96f7\u5c04\u5149\u6e90\u5206\u5225\u70baQ\u958b\u95dc\u7d05\u5bf6\u77f3\u96f7\u5c04(quality switched ruby laser, QSRL)\u4ee5\u53ca\u500d\u983b\u76ae\u79d2\u92a3\u96c5\u514b\u96f7\u5c04(frequency doubled picosecond Nd:YAG laser,PSNYL)\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5169\u7a2e\u90fd\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u5be6\u9a57\u8b49\u5be6\u4e86\u5c0d\u9ed1\u6591\u79fb\u9664\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u5229\u7528\u5169\u7a2e\u96f7\u5c04\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u75c5\u60a3\u7684\u5169\u908a\u81c9\u4e0a\u505a\u9664\u6591\u6bd4\u8f03\uff0c\u5b6b\u8001\u5e2b\u7684\u5718\u968a\u53ca\u5229\u7528\u4e86HGM\u4f5c\u70ba\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5de5\u5177\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u6bd4\u8f03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u572825\u4f4d\u81e8\u5e8a\u5be6\u9a57\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5169\u7a2e\u96f7\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u5728\u9664\u6591\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u4e0a\u90fd\u6709\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u6bd4\u8d77\u539f\u5148\u7684\u6591\u9ede\uff0cQSRL\u670968%\u7684\u6de1\u6591\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u800cPSNYL\u5247\u670975%\u7684\u6de1\u6591\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5728HGM\u7684\u89c0\u5bdf\u4e0b\uff0c\u5169\u7a2e\u96f7\u5c04\u7684\u9664\u6591\u7d50\u679c\u5728\u4e09\u5468\u5f8c\u4ee5\u53ca\u516d\u5468\u5f8c\u7684\u518d\u6b21\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e2d\uff0c\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u6fc3\u5ea6\u90fd\u6709\u5230\u9054\u4e00\u822c\u6b63\u5e38\u76ae\u819a\u7684\u7b49\u7d1a\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u7b2c\u516d\u5468\u7684HGM\u8ffd\u8e64\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4e2d\u767c\u73fePSNYL\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u7d44\uff0c\u6bd4\u8d77QSRL\u6709\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7d30\u80de\u7d2f\u7a4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728\u9019\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u8d8a\u9ad8\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u6c89\u7a4d\u80fd\u5920\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u96f7\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u85c9\u7531HGM\u7684\u8f14\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5728\u76ae\u819a\u75c5\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u91ab\u751f\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u7cbe\u6e96\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cbb\u7642\u9810\u6e2c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Harmonic generation microscopy (HGM) is a valuable patent technology of Dr.Sun. HGM can reach the highest penetration and resolution and the lowest skin damage by using a specific laser source. Therefore, HGM is a powerful tech for skin disease diagnosis. The following is an introduction to the Journal of the European academy of dermatology and venereology (JEADV) that Dr. Sun published in November.<\/p>\n<p>Solar lentigines are skin lesions prone to appear in the elderly. As the body ages, the human body&#8217;s metabolism will begin to decline. When we cannot metabolize the oxidized fat in the body, it is easy to deposit in the subcutaneous tissue, thus forming spots. Using laser therapy to remove solar lentigines is quite a routine medical method. Quality-switched ruby laser (QSRL) and frequency-doubled picosecond Nd: YAG laser (PSNYL) is the most commonly used laser light sources. The above two have been experimentally confirmed to be effective in removing solar lentigines, but there is no research on using two kinds of lasers on both sides of the same patient. For spot removal comparison on the face, Dr. Sun&#8217;s team used HGM as a detection tool comparison.<\/p>\n<p>In the results of 25 clinical trials, both laser treatments significantly affect the performance of spot removal. QSRL has a 68% lightning effect compared with the original spots, while PSNYL has a 75% lightning effect. As for development, under the observation of HGM, the speckle removal results of the two lasers reached average skin level in three weeks and six weeks later. Nevertheless, the PSNYL treatment group had lower melanocyte accumulation than QSRL in the HGM follow-up at week 6.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, this study found that the higher the melanin deposition, the better the results of laser treatment. With the help of HGM, future research on skin diseases and melanin can help doctors make more accurate diagnoses and treatment predictions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n[1]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 P.-J.
