COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u64b0\u5beb\uff1a\u5b78\u751f\u738b\u99a8<\/p>\n<p>\u57282020 \u5e74\uff0cCOVID-19 \u662f\u4e00\u5834\u5df2\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8513\u5ef6\u7684\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9084\u6c92\u6709\u6210\u719f\u7684\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u6216\u75ab\u82d7\u3002\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5177\u6709\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u8abf\u7bc0\u7279\u6027\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u985e\u4f3c\u65bcSARS-CoV-2\uff08\u5c0e\u81f4COVID-19\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\uff09\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u6709\u6548\u3002\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u70ba\u53e3\u670d\u88dc\u5145\u5291\u4f86\u6cbb\u7642\u6216\u9810\u9632\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u4e26\u88ab\u63d0\u8b70\u4f5c\u70baCOVID-19\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u9810\u9632\u548c\u8f14\u52a9\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u5b6b\u6559\u6388\u548c\u5176\u5718\u968a\u6b63\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u7279\u6027\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u8abf\u7bc0\u6a5f\u5236\u53ca\u5176\u91dd\u5c0dSARS-CoV-2\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u5206\u5b50\u6216\u75c5\u6bd2\u9846\u7c92\u6216\u5169\u8005\u7d50\u5408\u4f86\u6291\u5236\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u5165\u3002\u5b83\u9084\u88ab\u8b49\u660e\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u5f8c\u6291\u5236\u75c5\u6bd2\u8907\u88fd\uff0c\u4e26\u5c0d\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u767c\u63ee\u9593\u63a5\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u5df2\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u53e3\u670d\u88dc\u5145\u5291\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4e26\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u611f\u5192\u548c\u985e\u4f3c\u611f\u5192\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u6539\u5584\u8f2a\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6027\u8178\u80c3\u708e\u3002\u5b83\u4e5f\u88ab\u8b49\u660e\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e HCV\u75c5\u6bd2\u6548\u50f9\u4e26\u6539\u5584 HCV \u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u5b83\u9084\u5177\u6709\u901a\u904e\u8abf\u7bc0\u6d89\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u3001\u8da8\u5316\u56e0\u5b50\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u53d7\u9ad4\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def\u4f86\u7dad\u6301\u514d\u75ab\u548c\u751f\u7406\u7a69\u614b\u4e26\u9650\u5236\u7d44\u7e54\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u9805\u4f7f\u7528\u8102\u591a\u91a3 (LPS) \u6ce8\u5c04\u6a21\u578b\u91cd\u73fe\u7531\u7d30\u83cc\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u75c5\u7406\u751f\u7406\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u6cbb\u7642\u4ee5\u5291\u91cf\u4f9d\u8cf4\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u964d\u4f4e\u81bf\u6bd2\u75c7\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u3002\u5728LPS\u6ce8\u5c04\u524d\uff0c\u55ae\u5291\u91cf\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u5c07\u5c0f\u9f20\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u964d\u4f4e\u81f3 16.7%\uff0c\u800c\u5c0d\u7167\u7d4483.3%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u5df2\u88ab\u8b49\u660e\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u8207\u5c0f\u9f20\u548c\u4eba\u985e\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e2d\u7684\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u786b\u9178\u4e59\u9170\u809d\u7d20\u86cb\u767d\u591a\u91a3 (HSPG) \u7d50\u5408\u4f86\u6291\u5236\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u5165\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u8207 HSPG \u7d50\u5408\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032\u8840\u7ba1\u7dca\u5f35\u7d20\u8f49\u63db\u9176 2 (ACE2) \u7b49\u5165\u53e3\u53d7\u9ad4\u4f86\u6291\u5236 SARS-CoV-2\u75c5\u6bd2\u9032\u5165\u5bbf\u4e3b\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u670d\u7528\u56db\u5230\u516d\u6b21\u542b\u92c5\u7684\u8102\u8cea\u9ad4\u725b\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u88dc\u5145\u5291\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c10\u5929\uff0c\u53ef\u4f7f75\u540d\u6709\u75c7\u72c0\u7684SARS-CoV-2 \u967d\u6027\u60a3\u8005\u57284-5\u5929\u5167100%\u5eb7\u5fa9\u3002\u4e73\u9435\u86cb\u767d\u9084\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u5177\u6709\u514d\u75ab\u8abf\u7bc0\u548c\u6297\u767c\u708e\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11COVID-19\u56b4\u91cd\u75c5\u4f8b\u7684\u767c\u708e\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u98a8\u66b4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, COVID-19 was a pandemic that had spread globally and had no established antiviral treatments or vaccines. Lactoferrin (Lf) is a protein with antiviral and immunomodulatory properties that may be effective against viruses similar to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. It may be taken as an oral supplement to potentially treat or prevent microbial infections and is proposed as a potential preventative and adjunct treatment for COVID-19. The antiviral properties and immunomodulatory mechanisms of Lf were examined by Prof. Sun and his team in relation to its potential use against SARS-CoV-2.<\/p>\n<p>Lf can inhibit viral entry by binding to cell surface molecules or viral particles, or both. It has also been shown to suppress virus replication after the virus enters the cell, and to exert an indirect antiviral effect on immune cells. Lf has been studied in human oral supplementation studies and has been found to reduce the incidence of colds and cold-like symptoms and to ameliorate rotaviral gastroenteritis. It has also been shown to decrease HCV viral titres and improve sustained virological response in HCV patients. It also has the ability to maintain immune and physiological homeostasis and limit tissue damage by modulating signaling pathways involving cytokines, chemokines, and cell surface receptors. In a study using a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) injection model to reproduce the pathophysiological changes caused by bacteria, Lf treatment was found to reduce the mortality of mice with sepsis in a dose-dependent manner. A single dose of lactoferrin before LPS injection reduced the mortality of mice to 16.7% compared to 83.3% in controls.<\/p>\n<p>Lf has been shown to inhibit viral entry by binding to host cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs) in murine and human coronaviruses. The research team believed that Lf may also be able to inhibit the entry of SARS-CoV-2 into host cells by binding to HSPGs and facilitating entry receptors such as angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2). A recent study found that a liposomal bovine Lf supplement administered at four to six doses per day for 10 days with zinc resulted in 100% recovery of 75 symptomatic SARS-CoV-2-positive patients within 4-5 days.
