transistors,\u96e2\u5b50\u654f\u611f\u5834\u6548\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4)\u662f\u7528\u65bc\u6e2c\u91cf\u6eb6\u6db2\u7576\u4e2d\u96e2\u5b50\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u76f8\u8fd1\u65bcMOSFET(\u91d1\u6c27\u534a\u5834\u6548\u96fb\u6676\u9ad4)\u6545\u53ef\u4ee5\u5927\u91cf\u751f\u7522\u5728COMS(\u4e92\u88dc\u5f0fMOSFET)\u4e0a\u4ee5\u7528\u4f86\u4f5c\u70ba\u751f\u7269\u50b3\u611f\u5668\u3002\u5728\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0cISFET\u5e38\u7528\u4f86\u6aa2\u6e2cDNA\u96dc\u4ea4\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u6297\u9ad4\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u6e2c\u91cf\u548c pH\u50b3\u611f\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5pH\u50b3\u611f\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0cISFET\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u70ba:\u7531\u65bc\u8cea\u5b50\u672c\u8eab\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u96fb\u89e3\u8cea\u7576\u4e2d\u7d50\u5408\u6216\u662f\u6e38\u96e2\uff0c\u9019\u6703\u9020\u6210\u56fa\u6db2\u63a5\u9762\u4e2d\u7684\u96fb\u4f4d\u5dee\u9032\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u8868\u9762\u96fb\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u65bd\u52a0\u96fb\u58d3\uff0c\u5982\u6b64\u4e00\u4f86\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u9a45\u4f7f\u5143\u4ef6\u4e2d\u7684\u96fb\u6d41\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u91cf\u6e2c\u96fb\u8a0a\u865f\u5373\u53ef\u63db\u7b97\u5f97\u5230\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684pH\u503c\u70ba\u4f55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u5e73\u9762ISFET\u4ecd\u6709\u4e0d\u8db3\u4e4b\u8655\uff0c\u7576\u611f\u61c9\u5340\u57df\u7e2e\u5c0f\u6642\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u6703\u96a8\u4e4b\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u672c\u6240\u6240\u9577\u6797\u81f4\u5ef7\u8001\u5e2b\u53ca\u5176\u5718\u968a\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u4e09\u7dad\u9598\u6975\u7d50\u69cb\u7684ISFET\u4f86\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5728\u611f\u61c9\u5340\u9762\u7a4d\u5fae\u7e2e\u4e0b\uff0c\u9598\u6975\u512a\u5316\u904e\u5f8c\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\u78ba\u5be6\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e86\u96fb\u6d41\u8870\u6e1b\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\u6797\u6240\u9577\u9084\u6709\u8a2d\u8a08\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u7684\u4e09\u7dad\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5143\u4ef6\u5728\u540c\u500bpH\u503c\u4e0b\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u50b3\u7d71\u5143\u4ef61.5\u500d\u7684\u96fb\u6d41\u589e\u76ca\u548c1.15\u500d\u7684\u96fb\u58d3\u589e\u76ca\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5730\u52a0\u5f37\u4e86\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u52a0\u5f37\u73fe\u4eca\u751f\u7269\u50b3\u611f\u5668\u4e0a\u7684\u7cbe\u6e96\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u80fd\u5920\u9054\u5230\u5100\u5668\u5fae\u7e2e\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e86\u96fb\u6d41\u8870\u6e1b\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u540c\u9762\u7a4d\u7684\u611f\u6e2c\u5340\u653e\u4e0a\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u611f\u6e2c\u7684\u50cf\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a 100vw, 708px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u57162\u70ba\u63d0\u5347\u5143\u4ef6\u96fb\u6d41\u3001\u96fb\u58d3\u589e\u76ca\u7684\u7d50\u69cb[2]\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As a sensor, an ion-sensitive field-effect transistor (ISFET) can transduce the environmental information into electrical signals. So it have been applied in DNA sequencing, biomarker detection and pH sensing. Furthermore, ISFET is based on MOSFET device structure thus, it can be manufactured using a CMOS process.<\/p>\n<p>According to the solution pH value, protons can associate or dissociate on the dielectric surface. This causes a charge variation at the solid-liquid interface, which in turn establishes a surface potential variation. This potential variation can affect the transistor current behavior. Therefore, the analyte pH value can be deduced based on the electrical signal variation.<\/p>\n<p>However, CMOS-based ISFETs are still suffering problems of scaling attenuation. To deal with this, team of Pro. Lin developed a novel CMOS ISFET configuration, namely, 3D-T-ISFET. Based on their experiments, on the same footprint, a 3.21-fold ID\/pH improvement can be achieved by developed 3D-T-ISFET, and it exhibits a scaling attenuation-free behavior! In addition, Pro. Lin designed another kind of configuration, which called \u201c3D-extended structure\u201d. This device exploits vertical space and more sensing surface area can be obtained in a given footprint area. In the end, 3D-extended structure improves pH sensitivity 1.5-fold in current mode and 1.15-fold in voltage mode.<\/p>\n<p>The improvement of ISFET can enhance the accurate of CMOS device and shrink the detector. The pixels of the CMOS detector will be more meticulous too.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n[1]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 N. Y. Teng and C. T.
